My mood is low and I struggle for motivation. I feel powerless and want to create some positive habits.

We are finding it hard to resolve conflicts, overcome infidelity, communicate effectively and connect as we used to.

I get anxious doing certain things, experience panic attacks or feel overwhelmed - I don't know what to do about it.
“I feel broken, confused and unlovable”
I've had a toxic relationship, experienced bullying or abuse. My self-worth is low and don't feel I have control over my life.
“I don’t know what I need!”
I don’t feel ok, I am overwhelmed, small things provoke big reactions. I feel lonely, isolated, confused. I get angry or upset a lot. I need help!
“I was abused & I need to heal"
I need to tell my story, I need to heal and find a way to live, build healthy relationships and boundaries, I need to feel safe while I explore this.
“I need to navigate a crisis”
Something big has happened, I need support, understanding and time to work through it. I want to be heard, respected and seen.
